OAuth Client Plug-in

With `OAuth <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OAuth>`__ Client Plug-ins
:ref:`Login Alternatives <ch-webapp-user-login-alternatives>` can be
activated. Currently the following providers are supported:

-  `Microsoft Azure <https://login.microsoftonline.com/>`__

-  `Smartschool <https://www.smartschool.be/>`__
