Upgrading |PRODUCT_NAME|
------------------------

Upgrading SavaPage is just an install of the new version
“over-the-top” of the old version. It follows the same procedure as a
first time installation, as described in 
:ref:`The Installation Process <ch-install-on-linux-process>`.

*The process keeps existing data and configuration files as they are.*

   upgrading, to see if additional actions are needed before you can
   actually use the new version.
