Mail Ticket Selection

The Mail Ticket can be selected by ID. Press the |RST_BUTTON_PLUS_SYMBOL|
button to add the document to the SavaPages, or the button at the right
to replace them.

Printing scenarios can start from here. All costs are charged to the
User set in the ``print.imap.ticket.operator`` :ref:`configuration
property <ch-webapp-mailtickets-config-props>`. Printing costs are
shown and must be confirmed.
