Mail Tickets Web App
====================

The Mail Tickets Web App can be accessed by users with role :ref:`Mail Ticket
Operator <ch-webapp-admin-user-edit-roles>` to dispatch |MAILPRINT|
tickets.

The Web App can be reached at ``https://savapage:8632/mailtickets``.

|MAILTICKETPRINT| is active when:

-  Configuration property ``print.imap.ticket.enable`` is set to ``Y``.

-  Configuration property ``print.imap.ticket.operator`` is set.

-  The :ref:`Queue Journal <ch-webapp-user-main-log-documents-queue-journal>`
   function is enabled.

-  :ref:`Mail Print <ch-webapp-admin-options-mail-print>` is configured and
   enabled.

.. note::

   |MAILTICKETPRINT| can be used to allow unknown (guest) users to
   |MAILPRINT| and collect their print at a desk equipped with this Web
   App. A :ref:`Mail Ticket Operator <ch-webapp-admin-user-edit-roles>`
   selects the Ticket ID as notified in an email reply to the |MAILPRINT|
   sender. Since the costs are shown before printing, the operator can
   charge the amount due to the guest user.

Login
-----

The Mail Tickets Login screen is a variant of the :ref:`User
Login <ch-webapp-user-login>` screen, with the following exception:

-  Persons with role :ref:`Mail Ticket
   Operator <ch-webapp-admin-user-edit-roles>` are allowed to log in.
   See :ref:`User Roles <ch-webapp-admin-user-edit-roles>` how to assign
   admin rights to users.

-  After a successful login the :ref:`Mail Ticket
   Selection <ch-webapp-mailtickets-main>` is shown.
